MD Investment Management Limited is a company incorporated in Ireland and MDIM Holding Limited is it's majority shareholder.

The Company is establishing a QIAIF in Ireland. The intention is to offer two separate funds, 'Twelve' and 'MDIM Max'. 


The management fees from these funds are paid to MDIM Holding Ltd.

Expected returns of 20-30% each year


Higher risk and reward means this fund is aimed at institutional investment entities
